Nate needed a break. He hadn't been out of the state for quiet a while and he was in the mood for a road trip. So, we headed to Vegas one last time before school got crazy. We had no plans for the weekend, other than to just relax and hang out with grandma and grandpa.
Nate and Dad of course had to shoot my dad's compound bow. Nate's a pretty good shot. :-)
Lunch at Brio's!
Trying to compete with Uncle Marty... but we didn't even come close.
Monday morning, before we left, Jared and Jenna met us at a doughnut place and we went to a park to hang out for a bit. It was pretty hot and the kids were just running all over. At the very end of our stay, Hailey came to me and said she didn't feel well. She was WHITE. Nate and I ran her to the car and started the van right away. After saying a quick goodbye, we hurried to a gas station where Nate ran inside and grabbed some cold Gatorade and rushed it out to Hailey. She sipped on it all the way back to grandmas house and eventually started to feel better. I was really worried about her. I had never seen her like that before and it scared me. I was really glad we caught it in time.
All in all, it was a good and quick trip.

What a fun trip. Jared's kids are so cute and grown up! And yeah, good effort on the ice cream collection... Marty would still be proud though! Haha.
