July 2015 Cousins and the Provo Trail

We were blessed to live next to the Provo River Trail.
One afternoon, we took the cousins to one of our favorite spots where the kids could play
in the water and play on a tree swing.
The weather decided to take a crazy turn and start pouring buckets of water.
It turned out to be quite memorable and the kids loved running around and getting soaked.
When we got back to the house, they all decided they wanted to stand next to a huge puddle while we drove the car super fast and splash them. Of course we are being responsible in our driving to not cause any danger to our kids.

July 2015 Hash House A Go Go

Breakfast date with my crush. There's a place in Vegas that is just stupid ridiculous.
The food is amazing and it is HUGE portions.
We were pleasantly surprised by how good the food really was after all we had heard.
It's called Hash House A Go Go.
If you are ever in Vegas and hungry for breakfast, go there.
It was a great morning to just get away, just the two of us and laugh hysterically at the large amounts of food we were about to consume.

July 2015 Vegas Shenanigans

A trip to Vegas is always full of random shenanigans.  We sure love spending time with family. The girls miss their cousins so much so it's fun to see them get together and be crazy. There's a jumping place in Vegas that we always go to called Gravady. The kids always enjoy jumping around and flipping around with their cousins. We are glad that nobody has gotten hurt yet. Swimming is also a must in 100 + degree weather.

July 2015 A Day of Giving

Every year on my mom's birthday, she has a tradition of spending her birthday giving to others.  This year in particular, she had a slew of grand-kids to accompany her which made her day even more memorable.  Some of the things we did were:

Handing out gift cards to random people at Walmart
taking treats to the firemen
putting motivational notes on peoples cars and in public bathrooms
leaving $1 bills all over the dollar store
paying for people behind us in the drive-thru
and more.

Then, that evening, my dad's friend came over with his amazing telescope and set it up for us to see the moon and stars. The kids thought it was pretty amazing, as well as the adults. All in all, it was a great day and a great birthday for my mom.
