Well, we were on our way home to Long Beach when Hailey woke up in the middle of the night feeling sick. She really was sick. Very sick. I spent the entire night sitting on the tiny bathroom floor with her in our tiny cabin. I had to keep shutting the bathroom door so she wouldn't wake Nate and Addy up. It was a very long and sad night. The next morning, we had to let the doctor know that she was sick and they quarantined our family to our cabin. We found that she had food poisoning. So, they gave her some medicine to help calm things down in her stomach and within an hour or so, she started feeling as though she could leave the cabin. We were able to get off the ship quickly because of it. The drive to Vegas was a little brutal because she still was feeling ill, but she slept most of the time which was a blessing. The drive home from Vegas however, took us over 8 hours. it was ridiculous. We were happy to be home eventually and happy that overall, we had a great Johnson Family Cruise Vacation.
