There is a tradition at school where the children dress up for Halloween representing something they have learned about that year. The teacher sends home a list of some ideas of characters they could dress up like and the kids can then choose. It kind of drives me bonkers because that means I have to come up with not 1 but 2 Halloween costumes. Well this year, Hailey wanted to be the golden ticket from Willy Wonka and Addy was Wendy from Peter Pan.
I of course, was a cat.
