The time had finally come for our trip out to LA. We had spent the night in Vegas to break up the trip, but also to pick up my parents. They really wanted to join us in our adventures and we are really glad they did.
When we finally arrived, we got a tour of Kristen and Nolan's new house. (For those of you who don't know who that is, Kristen is Nate's sister. ) Their house is BEAUTIFUL! Very spacious with an amazing backyard. Every kids dream yard.
When we got there, Kristen had a plan for some home made Spaghetti which was WONDERFUL and especially fun because the weather was perfect for eating dinner outside.
Then, we just got situated, hung out, let the kids play and got ready for our adventures to begin.
Um yeah, scary.
This cat, Diesel, was my dad's best friend.. till he got a little too friendly and decided to eat his leg.
haha.. it was pretty funny.
Day 1
was GREAT and led us to a great start for our weekend!

Yay, finally someone has pictures of Kristen and Nolan's house! That backyard is incentive enough for us to want to visit... our grass is still brown and buried under a foot of snow! Can't wait to read more about the trip!
Allison, you should definitely visit, it is a very family friendly house.
Tiff, this looks like so much fun already. I love the picture of Diesel STARING at your dad, can't tell if he is about to pounce or purr. That cat is a little too friendly for my taste too. I love the pictures of the girls and the one of Aiden...obviously in front of the tv. I love Addy cheesin it!
So much fun. After reading through all your posts and seeing your pictures, I'm extra excited about my trip to visit them in a few weeks.
